I offer a free bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The location is perfect, Na Brezince street, 7 minutes walk from metro Andel, 15 minute ride to Wenceslas square. The bedroom is fully furnished- large double bed (bedsheets provided), a large customized Ikea wardrobe, a chest of drawers, some shelves, an arm chair, working desk, everything almost brand new. TV also stays, you can use it :).
Kitchen is in the shared hallway of the apartment, fully furnished with pots and pans for cooking, plates, cutlery. We have an electric stove, and an exceptional and expensive big electric oven with various functions. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
I propose the flat share strictly from 1st May, we can make a flexible contract for at least 3 months, and latest until December 2018 for now.
Rent is 8400CZK all inclusive for a longer contract, if you make it shorter or a different period we can negotiate a price.
Returnable deposit in value of 1 months rent.
